This policy describes this website. Talavera Hair Products, Inc. also operates a store at splitenderpro.net, which runs on Shopify and has its own privacy policy — if you are sent there to complete an order, that policy governs from the moment you arrive.

We are Talavera Hair Products, Inc. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean that company.

We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, a tool from the company that hosts this site. It records the page you view, how far you scroll on the homepage, when you press Add to cart or Buy now and for which product, the link that brought you here, your approximate location, and your browser, operating system and device type. It uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device. Visitors are counted with a code that resets every day, so a visit cannot be tied to you, to another day, or to another website, and we see totals only.

The site is served by a hosting provider that keeps standard server logs — the kind every web server keeps, including IP address, browser type, and which page was requested. We do not use those logs to identify or target anybody.

When you visit from outside the European Union, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, this site loads tools from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) and TikTok. They set cookies and collect information about your visit — the pages you view, the products you look at or add to your cart, whether you press Buy now, whether you spend at least 30 seconds on the site, the link that brought you here, and technical details such as your IP address and browser. We use them to measure our advertising and to show our ads to people who have visited this site. Each company handles what it collects under its own privacy policy.

None of these tools load for visitors in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, where the law requires asking first, and none load when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. This site does not respond to Do Not Track signals.

You can also turn off personalized ads in your Meta, Google and TikTok account settings, or block or clear cookies in your browser.

What you add to the cart is saved in your own browser's storage. It is not sent to us, it is not stored on a server, and it is not shared between your devices. Clearing your browser data removes it.

That is also why a cart does not follow you from your phone to your laptop: there is no account behind it, because this site has no accounts.

Ordering by email opens a message in your own email application with your selection already written into it. Nothing is sent until you send it, and you can edit or delete any of it first. What reaches us is the email you chose to send.

Where checkout is handed to our Shopify store, you leave this site for splitenderpro.net. Your name, addresses, payment details, email, and phone number are collected there, by Shopify, under their privacy policy at shopify.com/legal/privacy — not here. This site never receives or stores card details.

If you arrived through one of our tagged links, the campaign it names — which post or advertisement brought you — is added to your order's notes at the store. It names the campaign, not you.

If you came to this site by clicking one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram, and the advertising trackers described above are in use for your visit, the code Meta added to that ad link to identify your click is passed to the store when you check out, so that Meta can tell whether the ad led to a purchase. The store may keep it with the record of how your order began.

We do not sell your personal information for money. What the advertising trackers collect is used for advertising, which some US state privacy laws treat as “sharing” or a “sale”; turning on Global Privacy Control in your browser stops those trackers loading on this site.

This site has no accounts, and nothing on it records your name, email address or payment details.

If you are in the EEA or the UK, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, and to have it ported to another service. If you are a California resident, you have equivalent rights, including the right to know what we hold.

To exercise any of them, or to have somebody act for you, email info@splitenderpro.com or write to the address below. You may also complain to us, or to your local data protection authority.

An order enquiry you email us is kept as business correspondence for our records, until you ask us to delete it.

Orders completed through our Shopify store are retained under that store's own policy.

Visit counts are kept by Vercel under its own retention terms, and each advertising company keeps what its tools collect under its own policy.

This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in how the site works or for legal and regulatory reasons. The version on this page is always the current one.
