This website is operated by Talavera Hair Products, Inc. By visiting the site or ordering from it, you agree to these terms, together with the Returns & Refunds, Shipping, Warranty, and Privacy policies referenced here.

If you do not agree to all of them, do not use the site. We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page, and continuing to use the site after that is how you accept the change.

You must be the age of majority where you live, or have the consent of a parent or guardian who is.

You may not use this site or our products for any unlawful purpose, to infringe anyone's rights, to harass or defame anyone, to submit false information, to collect other people's personal information, to scrape or spider the site, to transmit malicious code, or to interfere with the site's security. We may end your access for any of these.

Prices and availability can change at any time and without notice, and we may discontinue a product at any time. A price shown here is not a binding offer until an order is accepted.

We have made every effort to show our products' colors and finishes accurately, but we cannot guarantee how any screen will render them.

Some products are sold only online, in limited quantities, and are returnable only under our Returns & Refunds policy.

We may refuse or cancel any order, and may limit quantities per person, per household, or per order — including where orders share a card, a billing address, or a shipping address, or where an order appears to be from a dealer, reseller, or distributor.

We may also refuse or cancel an order where the actual shipping cost to your destination exceeds what was paid, unless you choose to pay the difference. In either case we will email the address on the order.

You are responsible for giving us accurate and current contact and delivery details, so that we can complete your order and reach you if we need to.

There may occasionally be typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on this site relating to descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, or availability.

We may correct them, and may change information or cancel an order affected by one, at any time and without prior notice — including after the order was placed. We are not obliged to update information on the site except where the law requires it.

Where checkout is handed to our Shopify store at splitenderpro.net, that store's terms and privacy policy govern your purchase from the moment you arrive there.

Our warranty applies to units bought from the official website. It is not honored on products bought from unauthorized sellers on eBay, Amazon, or other internet retailers. See the Warranty policy.

This site links to third-party websites and may use third-party services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices, and we are not liable for anything you buy or do through them.

Read their terms before you rely on them. Complaints about a third party's product or service should go to that third party.

If you send us ideas, suggestions, proposals, photographs, or other material, whether we asked for it or not, we may use, edit, publish, or translate it without restriction and without paying you for it, and we are not obliged to keep it confidential or to reply.

You are responsible for what you send. It must be yours to send, must not infringe anyone's rights, and must not be unlawful, abusive, or obscene. Do not use a false email address or pretend to be somebody else.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Talavera Hair Products, Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, suppliers, and service providers are not liable for any injury, loss, or claim, or for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or replacement costs — arising from your use of this site or of any product bought through it, even if we were told they were possible.

Some states and jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions. Where that is so, our liability is limited to the greatest extent that law permits.

Nothing here limits your rights under our Warranty policy or under consumer law that cannot be waived.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Talavera Hair Products, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, suppliers, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, brought by a third party because you broke these terms or the documents they refer to, or because you violated the law or somebody else's rights.

If any provision here is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it still applies as far as the law allows, and the rest of these terms remain in force.

These terms apply until either you or we end them: you, by ceasing to use the site; us, at any time, if we believe you have not complied with them. Obligations and liabilities from before that point survive it.

These terms, with the policies posted on this site, are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the site. Any ambiguity in them will not be read against whoever drafted them.

These terms, and any separate agreement under which we provide you services, are governed by the laws of the State of California, in the district court of San Diego, California.
