How to identify the ORIGINAL?
A close look at the details on a genuine unit — the finish, the markings and the moulding, filmed on the device itself.
After every pass
Keep the chamber clear and the instrument dry.
Simple care after use protects the moving parts and keeps the product ready for its next session.
Empty the chamber
Remove the clear window only as shown in the instruction manual, then empty accumulated hair.
Brush, do not wash
Use the supplied cleaning brush on loose hair. Keep the device, charging port, battery contacts, and adaptor dry.
Store deliberately
Return the dry, powered-off device and accessories to the carrying bag. Remove AAA batteries before extended Mini storage.
When something feels wrong
Start with the safest checks.
Stop using the device if it is damaged or behaving unexpectedly, and do not attempt an improvised repair.
The device does not turn on
- Confirm the battery is charged or that fresh AAA batteries are installed in the correct orientation.
- Check that the battery handle or battery compartment is seated correctly.
- Inspect the cable and adaptor for visible damage; do not use damaged charging equipment.
Hair pulls or snags
- Stop the pass and switch the device off.
- Confirm the hair is completely dry, detangled, and divided into a small section.
- Empty the chamber and remove loose hair with the supplied brush.
- Do not continue if a component appears damaged.
The direction feels wrong
- Use the direction switch that matches the direction in which the hair section travels.
- Reverse the switch when changing hands or working from the opposite side.
- Follow the arrows or direction markings on the exact model.
The device does not charge
- Confirm the cable format and adaptor are compatible with the model and local outlet.
- For Mini 2, check that the USB-C connection is fully seated and the port is dry.
- Try a known-working compatible power source without forcing the connector.

Use the supplied or compatible charging equipment. Confirm the regional cable selection before ordering a replacement.

Clean gently without abrasive products. Confirm model compatibility before purchasing a replacement window.
