My skepticism came from me having curly, natural hair and this product looking like it was made for straight hair only. At first it kept pulling, but then I decided to straighten my hair before running the product through each section and it worked pretty well! My hair hasn't been trimmed in way too long, years to be honest, which is why it was a very long and painstaking task, but once it was done my hair was finally softer again!
